In Casablanca 27% of Drinkable Water Resources come from the patches Phréathique (Sub Land) and if in the Near Future, these Natural Diapers become Wastewater Pipelines Refined Tankers! Imagine the consequences.

Several other solutions can be envisaged as:

1) The Establishment of Channels Routes to Irrigate Golf Courses, Ex: Los Angeles, USA.
2) The distribution of Wastewater Refined by tankers to fountains Fulfillment.
3) Prohibit Swimming pools Fulfillment except with the Sea Water and Redevelopment of the existing to Fishs Aqua.

I am pleadding to discuss in detail this "Phenomenal Idea" I do not know from any Fourth World is with a Specialist Independent in Health to Hold over the vote on this minor feature related to the Resource exploitation in Drinking Wastewater Refined.
